Outcome-Focused Support for Complex Needs & Neurodiversity
We believe that a physical disability, sensory impairment, or mental health condition should never limit a person’s potential. Our staff work collaboratively with specialised NHS teams to support adults (under and over 65) to overcome daily barriers, manage symptoms, and live a self-directed life.
Physical Disabilities & Mobility: Our trained staff assistance with hoisting, transfers, assistive technology, and personal care, designed to maximize physical independence.
Sensory Impairment Care: Specialised communication support (including BSL or braille assistance where required) and environmental adaptation for individuals with visual or hearing impairments.
Mental Health Recovery & Support: Working collaboratively with community mental health teams (CMHTs) to support individuals managing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia, or other diagnosis, focusing on coping strategies and community integration.
